We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Manager to oversee all information technology systems and ensure smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations across the hotel. The ideal candidate will support hotel operations, guest services, and management by maintaining reliable systems, data security, and technology innovation
๐ผ๐๐๐ฎ ๐๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ค๐ฃ๐จ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐๐จ:
โ๏ธ Manage and maintain all hotel IT systems including PMS, POS, ERP, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, telephony, and guest technologies
โ๏ธ Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of critical systems
โ๏ธ Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and system integrators
โ๏ธ Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery plans
โ๏ธ Support hotel departments with IT troubleshooting and user training
โ๏ธ Manage IT budget, licenses, contracts, and asset inventory
โ๏ธ Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, new installations, and digital initiatives
โ๏ธ Ensure compliance with brand standards, data privacy laws, and internal policies
โ๏ธ Monitor network performance and resolve system issues promptly
โ๏ธ Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and reporting
๐ Qualifications & Skills:
โ๏ธ Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field- preferred to have CCNA or CCNP certification
โ๏ธ Minimum 3โ5 years of IT experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
โ๏ธ Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, Channel Manager, ERP)
โ๏ธ Experience with networks, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity
โ๏ธ Good understanding of hospitality operations and guest service requirements
โ๏ธ Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
