We're looking for an HR generalist (immediate start).

Job Description:
-Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and induction programs.
-Coordinating personnel operations, including employee files, contracts, hiring, termination, and contract renewals.
-Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, overtime, leaves, and employment changes.
-Assisting in monthly payroll preparation and data entry, ensuring accurate attendance and payroll inputs.
-Handling social insurance procedures (Forms 1, 2, 6) and preparing periodic reports.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
-(+2) years of experience as a human resources generalist or in a similar HR
role.
-Experience in hiring tech positions is a must.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
