We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Recruiter cum Coordinator to manage recruitment activities and provide HR administrative support. The ideal candidate will have solid UAE experience in hiring and coordination, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Post job ads on various platforms and maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
✅ HR Coordination:
- Assist in employee documentation, including visas, medical insurance, and personnel files.
- Support in organizing company events, trainings, and meetings.
- Help with day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
✅ Administrative Duties:
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and updates for management.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in HR, recruitment, or coordination roles.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and free zone regulations is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
