HR Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have prior HR experience in the UAE and a solid understanding of local labour regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle visa cancellations and related documentation
Process End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and settlements
Manage employee grievances and provide administrative HR support
Oversee employee offboarding procedures
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and company policies
Coordinate with PRO and government portals when required
Support HR team in daily administrative activities

🔹 Requirements:

Prior HR experience within the UAE
Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
Experience handling visa cancellations and EOSB
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
Immediate availability is mandatory
Good communication and organizational skills
