We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Admin Manager to support and oversee administrative functions across our multi-facility operations in Jordan. Reporting to the Country Head of Operations, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with local regulations, and effective coordination of services including maintenance, security, transportation, housekeeping, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in managing administrative teams, including Admin Assistants, Receptionists, Maintenance, Fleet, and Security staff
-Oversee procurement, stock levels, and vendor management for office and facility services
-Ensure compliance with licensing, permits, insurance, and regulatory requirements
-Maintain HSE standards, conduct daily inspections, and report incidents promptly
-Support front desk operations, logistics for corporate events, and travel arrangements for staff
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
-5+ years’ experience in administrative management within a medium or large organization, preferably in manufacturing or multi-facility environments
-Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills
-Knowledge of local statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements
-Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
