We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-focused Quality Controller to join our construction team in Jubail. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in a relevant discipline and possess at least one year of hands-on experience in construction quality control. The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of construction standards, inspection procedures, and quality assurance practices within site operations.
The Quality Controller will be responsible for monitoring all construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and company quality standards. This includes conducting routine site inspections, checking materials delivered to site, verifying workmanship, and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves identifying non-conformities, preparing inspection and test reports, coordinating corrective actions with site supervisors and engineers, and maintaining accurate documentation for audit and project reference purposes.
In addition, the successful candidate will assist in implementing quality control procedures, support internal and external audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality performance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with project teams are essential for this role.
