We are looking for a skilled and reliable Technician to join our hospitality operations team in Cyprus. This seasonal role offers excellent benefits, including accommodation, meals, medical insurance, and return airfare.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various technical systems to ensure smooth daily hotel operations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Maintenance & Repairs

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
Conduct regular inspections to prevent equipment failures
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently
Maintain proper records of maintenance work

🔹 Equipment Management

Operate and repair technical equipment and machinery
Ensure safe and proper functioning of all equipment
Coordinate with suppliers/contractors for specialized repairs
Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies

🔹 Safety & Compliance

Follow safety procedures and company policies
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
Conduct safety inspections of electrical and mechanical systems
Report hazards immediately
Maintain clean and organized work areas

🔹 Guest Service Support

Handle guest-related technical issues professionally
Minimize disturbance during maintenance work
Coordinate with departments for scheduled maintenance
Maintain high customer service standards

🎓 Required Qualifications

✅ Education & Experience

Technical diploma or vocational certification (Electrical/Mechanical or related field)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a technician (Hospitality experience preferred)
Experience in building system maintenance
