Job Description

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and store operations to ensure efficient stock management, proper inventory control, and smooth workflow. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched correctly.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse and store operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and stock movement, and maintain accurate stock records.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
Manage and guide warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams regarding stock requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Prepare reports on inventory, stock discrepancies, and daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in warehouse operations or store supervision.
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management systems.
Ability to manage staff and handle daily operational activities.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
UAE experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred
