XBEAUTY is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in skincare and makeup, along with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role requires someone who can combine product knowledge with a personalized approach to help customers find the right beauty solutions while enhancing their overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
- Assist customers in selecting skincare, makeup, and beauty products based on their needs
- Demonstrate product usage, benefits, and application techniques
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Promote new products, offers, and in-store campaigns
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts
- Work closely with team members to achieve store goals
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and brand image
Requirements:
- Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or skincare industry
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with sales ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
