🏗️ Job Description: Civil Foreman
The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating construction site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and manage construction workers
- Assign tasks and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and plans
- Monitor progress and ensure project deadlines are met
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other teams
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site
- Report daily progress, issues, and manpower status to management
📋 Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus)
- Diploma or relevant certification in Civil Engineering (preferred)
