Job Title: Financial Controller
Job Summary
A Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial management. This role plays a key part in strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial accounting and reporting activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management
- Oversee cash flow management and financial planning
- Manage audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures
- Supervise and mentor accounting/finance staff
- Support business strategy with financial analysis and risk assessment
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in financial management or controlling role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Reporting Line
