Job Summary
An HR & Admin Assistant supports the Human Resources and Administration departments in handling daily office operations, employee coordination, documentation, recruitment support, and administrative activities. The role ensures smooth office functioning and assists in maintaining company policies, employee records, and administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Handle filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate office administration activities and maintain office supplies.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and employee communications.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor office cleanliness, facility maintenance, and general administrative support.
- Support payroll processing and employee attendance tracking when required.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Assist management with day-to-day operational requirements.

Qualifications
