Job Description
We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder (Aluminium) with strong experience in aluminium welding and precision fabrication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TIG welding techniques, aluminium alloys, and the ability to produce clean and accurate welds.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding specifically on aluminium materials and alloys.
- Weld aluminium components with high precision and quality standards.
- Control heat input to prevent warping, distortion, and welding defects.
- Select proper filler rods, tungsten electrodes, amperage settings, and shielding gas flow rates.
- Perform welding in all positions as required.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure strength, accuracy, and finishing quality.
- Follow welding procedures, safety standards, and workplace guidelines.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper machine settings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a TIG Welder with aluminium welding experience.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium welding techniques and properties.
- Ability to produce clean, precise welds with excellent finishing.
- Familiarity with TIG welding machines and correct welding parameters.
- Knowledge of welding safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Welding certifications will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand welding drawings/specifications is preferred.
