Job Description
We are looking for 2 experienced Cow Farm Workers to join a dairy farm and assist with the daily care and management of approximately 25 cows.
Key Responsibilities
- Feed cows according to the farm's feeding schedule.
- Clean and maintain cattle housing, feeding areas, and farm surroundings.
- Perform milking using milking equipment.
- Monitor the health and condition of cows and report any illness or injury.
- Assist with general animal care and handling.
- Maintain clean and hygienic conditions around the farm.
- Clean and maintain basic farm equipment and tools.
- Assist with other general dairy farm duties as required.
- Follow farm safety and animal welfare procedures.
Requirements
- Previous cattle or dairy farm experience is preferred.
- Experience in milking and handling cattle is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physically demanding farm work.
- Basic/Good English communication skills required.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work with animals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
