We are seeking highly skilled technical professionals to lead the commissioning of next-generation hybrid, battery-powered, and electrical propulsion systems for internationally operating maritime clients in the Netherlands.
⚡ THE ROLE
- Independently manage the end-to-end commissioning of advanced electrical installations.
- Work with cutting-edge hybrid power, battery systems, and propulsion technologies.
- Provide global international travel support for ocean-going vessel operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot high-voltage electrical systems.
- Work with maritime automation and control systems.
- Carry out testing, commissioning, and technical inspections.
- Ensure all systems meet safety, quality, and operational requirements.

- 💶 Salary: Up to €800 NET per week
- 💰 Estimated Monthly Net Salary: Approximately €3,467
- 💰 Estimated Annual Net Salary: Approximately €41,600

Salary note: €800 net/week × 52 weeks ÷ 12 = approximately €3,467 net/month. Actual monthly earnings may vary based on working weeks, overtime, and employment terms.
🛠️ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 🎓 Degree/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline – THIS CERTIFICATE MUST BE AVAILABLE.
- Proven professional experience in the maritime or offshore electrical sector.
- Working knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems.
- Experience with automation and control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Proactive and independent working approach.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Valid driving license.
- Good technical communication skills.

Candidates MUST have an available Degree/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Candidates without the required educational certificate may not be considered.
