Job Overview
CEMAR International is seeking an experienced HR Senior Executive to support HR operations, government relations, employee documentation, visa processing, payroll coordination, and compliance activities within the UAE Freezone environment.
Key Responsibilities
Government & Regulatory Affairs
- Coordinate Freezone Authority transactions, including licensing and establishment card renewals.
- Support immigration card processing and employment visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with GDRFA, MOHRE, JAFZA/NIP, and other relevant authorities.
- Assist with work permits, offer letter attestations, and labour card processing.
- Coordinate Emirates ID applications and medical fitness tests.
- Monitor updates to Freezone regulations, UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and immigration policies.
HR Operations
- Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding.
- Assist with Freezone visa quota planning.
- Maintain accurate employee records in Freezone portals and HRIS systems.
- Process employment contracts in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Support employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist with payroll coordination and WPS compliance.
- Maintain leave records and assist with gratuity and end-of-service calculations.
Compliance & Policy
- Support compliance with UAE Labour Law, Freezone regulations, and Emiratisation requirements.
- Assist with government reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Support the development and updating of HR policies.
- Coordinate trade licence renewals with the PRO/Government Relations team.
- Ensure employee and company documentation remains accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably within a UAE Freezone environment.
- Working knowledge of JAFZA, NIP, MOHRE, and GDRFA systems and portals.
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and Freezone regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi-speaking candidates strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple government portals, applications, and deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
