We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the job board and job portal industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment ecosystem and a proven track record of driving business growth. This role will focus on expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales initiatives within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Dubai job market, including partnerships with corporate clients, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments and increase brand awareness within the region.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our job board and job portal offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations on how to maximize their use of our platform.
- Networking and Industry Engagement:
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to represent the company and build connections with potential clients and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the recruitment industry, particularly within the UAE and MENA regions.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to support the development of new features and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the job board, job portal, or recruitment technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the UAE job market and recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
