👨🍳 Position: European Cuisine Chef / Steakhouse Chef
💰 Salary: USD 500–550 per month
📍 Location: Mongolia
🎂 Age Limit: Up to 55 years
📄 Contract: 1 year
🕒 Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare European cuisine, steaks, grilled meats, seafood, and sauces.
- Select and prepare suitable meat cuts.
- Operate grills and maintain correct cooking temperatures.
- Prepare dishes with consistent taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Monitor ingredient quality, storage, stock, and food waste.
- Follow food hygiene standards and HACCP principles.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and support kitchen team operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in European cuisine and steakhouse or grill menus.
- Diploma or professional certificate in Culinary Arts or Food Production.
- Strong knowledge of steak preparation, meat cuts, sauces, and garnishes.
- Knowledge of food safety, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
