- Job duties:
- Supervising the processes of identifying user needs in various organizational units in the entity, reviewing them, and submitting proposals related to developing and setting technical specifications for the necessary systems and applications.
- Participating in preparing programs and work plans related to information technology work, designing and developing programs and applications, and supervising user support activities with the aim of providing the necessary technical solutions when facing any difficulties or problems.
- Following up on the latest developments and developments related to information technology affairs and operations and directing the adoption of appropriate ones, and identifying and ensuring the availability of all resources and materials necessary to implement specialized work and activities using the latest relevant methods and practices.
- Supervising the processes of developing and applying the necessary standards to ensure the security of information systems, including verifying the identity and powers of users, dealing with expected risks and threats before they occur, monitoring the confidentiality and transfer of data over the network, and ensuring the availability of services and their uninterruptedness.

- Educational requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably Master degree, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Information Systems and Technology, Computer and Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related specialty.
