As part of Italy Marketing & Communication team, the Events Project Manager is responsible for the management of a key project, a High Jewelry regional event. The person will manage all aspects of the project, from planning to implementation to execution, in line with the Maison guidelines & excellence standards, and within budgets.
The role is cross-functional & requires collaboration between Retail, Marketing, CRM, Events & security, as well as a constant alignment with external suppliers.
This role reports to the Event Manager. This is a fixed term external contract, ASAP start and ending 01/09/2025.

What are we expecting from you?
- Coordinate the different internal and external stakeholders involved in the project by keeping everyone on track with the project: planning & leading follow-up meetings, proposing ideas to solve blocking points, challenging ideas according to the project’s objectives, maintaining great relationships with all parties involved
- Nourish and share information with all departments to maximise their actions and deliver synergies (marketing, CRM, training tools etc)
- Build the reverse-planning tool and monitor next steps from one month to another
- Develop & escalate local needs in terms of events contents (adaptation, new content, etc)
- Make site inspections, location scouting, meeting with key partners and suppliers
- Create detailed pre-event presentations and consolidate comprehensive reports & performance tracking. Identify key learnings & share best practices
- Manage & coordinate the process and logistics of the entire event and production
- Be the ambassador for the project, internally and externally according to needs
- Build and identify a strong collaboration network with external partners
- Build, control event budget in close collaboration with the Event manager, in respect of allocated targets provided by management, regularly sharing budget reports
- Monitor invoices: PO, payments, administrative SAP workflow
- Oversee production teams, and ensure delivery according to schedule, excellence standards & budgets
