We’re a UK-headquartered company with a growing team in Cape Town, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support our contractor compliance processes.

You’ll play a key role in verifying Right to Work (RTW) documents, onboarding new contractors, updating internal systems (Zoho), and communicating with UK-based agencies and payroll teams. Accuracy, organisation, and strong communication are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

Verifying RTW documents using Trust ID

Maintaining contractor records and compliance trackers

Liaising with contractors and agencies to resolve documentation issues

Supporting payroll with up-to-date compliance data

Running weekly compliance and AWR reports

Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email

Requirements:

Matric

Strong admin and communication skills

Comfortable using systems like Zoho, Google Sheets, Excel

UK compliance experience - not negotiable
