Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Hostess/Waitress/Head Waitress with experience in the UAE’s dynamic hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, smooth restaurant operations, and a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

For Hostess:

Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements.
Handle reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with servers and management for seamless guest flow.

For Waitress:

Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly.
Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials.
Ensure tables are set properly and maintain cleanliness.
Address guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.

For Head Waitress:

Supervise waitstaff and assist in training new employees.
Monitor dining operations and ensure high service standards.
Assist in inventory management and stock control.
Act as a liaison between guests, staff, and management.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes in the UAE.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures.
Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with UAE dining trends and customer preferences.
Team leadership experience (for Head Waitress role).
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends/holidays.
