Allied Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Technician – Rotating to join our team for ongoing operations in the petrochemical sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in overhauling and maintaining critical rotating equipment and a solid background working in GCC-based petrochemical plants, preferably SABIC facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Overhaul, repair, and maintain rotating equipment including compressors, pumps, turbines, gearboxes, and mechanical seals
Perform precision alignment using laser and dial indicator methods
Use precision tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery
Follow all safety and quality procedures during maintenance activities
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Adhere to permit-to-work systems and ensure compliance with plant safety protocols
Communicate effectively in English to coordinate tasks and ensure safe, efficient operationsRequirements:
Diploma (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience, including 4+ years in GCC petrochemical plants (SABIC preferred)
Strong expertise in overhauling rotating machinery and equipment
Proficiency in alignment techniques and use of precision tools
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong commitment to safety standards, work permits, and quality procedures
