Job Summary:

The Off-Plan Specialist promotes and sells off-plan properties (pre-construction or under-construction real estate) to investors and end-users. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, facilitating client consultations, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with developers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

Identify and target potential buyers (investors, end-users, and bulk buyers) for off-plan properties.
Conduct sales presentations, property tours (virtual or physical), and negotiations to close deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

2. Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and upcoming off-plan projects.
Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to position properties effectively.
Provide insights to developers on buyer preferences and demand.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
Follow up with potential buyers through calls, emails, and meetings.
Address client concerns regarding payment plans, ROI, and project timelines.

4. Marketing & Promotion:

Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns (digital, social media, events) for off-plan projects.
Attend property expos, seminars, and networking events to generate leads.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads and sales progress.

5. Documentation & Compliance:

Assist clients with reservation agreements, contracts, and payment plans.
Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company policies.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for smooth deal closures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 2+ years in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan or pre-construction properties.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Knowledge of real estate laws and off-plan buying processes.
