Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to capture high-quality visual content for our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling, with expertise in both photography and videography. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering compelling visuals that align with our brand identity for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and other projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography Duties:

Capture high-quality images for various purposes (e.g., product shots, events, portraits, lifestyle, commercial, etc.).
Set up lighting, backgrounds, and equipment for optimal results.
Edit and retouch photos using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar.
Ensure consistency in style and branding across all images.
Organize and maintain a digital library of photos.

Videography Duties:

Shoot and edit professional videos (e.g., promotional clips, interviews, event coverage, social media content).
Operate cameras, drones, gimbals, and other video equipment.
Edit footage using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Add motion graphics, color correction, sound mixing, and other post-production elements.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging video concepts.

General Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain photography/videography equipment.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new technology.
Work closely with marketing, social media, and design teams to align visuals with brand strategy.
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Assist in planning shoots, including location scouting and model coordination when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
Strong skills in photo/video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
Knowledge of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience with drone videography (FAA Part 107 certification a plus).
