Qualifications and Requirements:

At least 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Preferable).
Proven track record of Off Plan closings or Sales Proof.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE Real Estate Market with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Valid UAE driver's license.
Visa: Own Visa Only.

Duties Of Real Estate Consultants:

Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding off-plan properties, showcasing project features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
Represent the company professionally, attending project launches and events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice.
