Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR compliance, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about people operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate candidate communications and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support the onboarding process for new hires (preparing documents, orientation logistics).

Administrative Support

Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files).
Assist with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry and audits.
Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics (attendance, turnover, etc.).

Employee Engagement

Help organize company events, training sessions, and wellness programs.
Assist in employee surveys and feedback collection.

Compliance & Policies

Support HR in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist with audits and documentation for legal requirements.

General HR Support

Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.
Participate in HR projects (diversity initiatives, process improvements).

Qualifications & Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is a plus.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
