Human Resources Supervisor (Oil & Gas Industry)

Salary: AED 12,000 + Family Accommodation

Location: Abu Dhabi

Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Experience of more than 10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry.

Payroll Management:

Supervise payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Maintain and update payroll systems and employee compensation records

Preparation of Payroll including pensions and EOSB of employees and submission of report to management

Ensure compliance with UAE Laws & regulations

Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve errors

Collaborate with finance for audits and budget planning

Personnel Affairs:

Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance

Manage personnel files, contracts, and documentation in line with legal requirements

Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans

Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies

Coordinate with HR on recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions

Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee data

Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems

Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
