Customer Service Agent

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 5,000 – 10,000 AED (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Agent. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and creating positive, lasting impressions. You will play a key part in enhancing the customer experience and upholding our company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate assistance.
Listen attentively to customer needs, questions, and concerns, and offer effective solutions and alternatives.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Go above and beyond to meet customer expectations and deliver service that exceeds their needs.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide the most current information to customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel, tourism, F&B) or a fast-paced customer service environment.
Essential: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in business or hospitality are beneficial.
