Role Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is proud to represent a leading UAE company.

This position is part of the Nafis program, dedicated to empowering Emirati talent in the private sector.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Identify and understand customer needs, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Provide accurate and complete information about the company’s products and services.
Manage and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and customer records in the system.
Follow communication scripts and use knowledge bases to handle different topics.
Meet personal and team targets for key performance indicators (KPIs) like call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Uphold the company’s values and reputation by ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Nationality: Must be an Emirati National with a Family Book.
Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Patient, empathetic, and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
