Job Description:

As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in posting job advertisements and screening candidates.
Coordinate interviews and conduct initial candidate screenings.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.

Payroll & Employee Records:

Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee data.
Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
Handle attendance and leave records.

HR Administration:

Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems.

Employee Relations:

Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law and company regulations.
Assist in preparing HR reports for management review.
