About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and contributing to our company's growth. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare and issue invoices, and handle job costing for projects.
Perform general accounting functions, including ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Maintain compliance with all financial policies and regulations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in invoicing, job costing, general accounting, budget preparation, payable, and receivable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP or a similar major accounting software is mandatory.
Availability: Must be available to join immediately (on a short notice period).
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
