Position: Assistant Accountant

A well-established and respected company in the UAE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career in accounting within a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
Support the senior accounting team with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Handle other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Age: Applicants must be between 25 and 30 years old.
Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is a strong advantage.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.
Personal Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Details & Benefits:

Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 7 hours per day (Standard office hours).
Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month. The final offer will be based on the candidate's relevant experience and assessed performance during the hiring process.
Other Benefits: As per UAE labor law and company policy (to be discussed in detail with shortlisted candidates).
