About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to join our luxury facility management team at the prestigious DAMAC Maison Aykon City. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service, ensuring our residents experience unparalleled luxury. You will directly supervise a team of housekeeping attendants, managing daily operations with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional service.
Conduct daily inspections (self-checking) of assigned areas, including apartments, common areas, and back-of-house, to ensure they meet the property's exacting luxury standards.
Manage and coordinate daily shift operations efficiently, allocating tasks and resources effectively as a Shift Leader.
Act as a Team Leader, providing on-the-job guidance, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Monitor and control the use of cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.
Handle guest/resident requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Prepare daily reports and communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Manager and other departments.

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory housekeeping role within a luxury hotel, high-end residential building, or premium facility management company.
Gulf Experience: This is essential. Candidates must have current or recent experience working in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain.
Availability: Must be immediately available to join (currently residing in the UAE with a transferable visa is a significant advantage).
Leadership Background: Previous roles must include experience as a Self-Checker, Shift Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisor.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining luxury standards.
