Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Officer to manage a variety of HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual professional who can effectively support our diverse faculty and staff, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, administration, offboarding).
Manage the recruitment process: post vacancies, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and university regulations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Support performance management, training, and development processes.
Prepare HR documents, including contracts, letters, and reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and university policies.
Coordinate administrative tasks related to visas, benefits, and attendance.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
Preference will be given to qualified female candidates as per the university's requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus):

Academic background or prior work experience within a university or higher education setting.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
