About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team urgently. The ideal candidate will be the operational backbone of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and providing critical support to our teams. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supplies.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, providing professional liaison with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
Maintain accurate records and databases using office management software.
Support project teams with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and functional.

Essential Requirements:

Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
Industry Background (Preferred): Experience within Facility Management (FM), construction, or a related project-based industry is a significant advantage.
Education: High school diploma required; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
