We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating sales activities, maintaining client records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to enhance overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Prepare sales quotations, contracts, proposals, and presentations.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, reservations, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Track sales targets and generate periodic performance reports.
Handle client inquiries and follow up on pending requests.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, site visits, and client events.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Support invoicing and payment follow-ups when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Saudi National (mandatory).
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
