The MIS Coordinator is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining organizational data to support business operations and decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, data reporting, and database management. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working efficiently in a structured business environment.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Data Management & Reporting

Collect, organize, and maintain large volumes of operational and sales data
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Generate performance dashboards and summary reports for management
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all reported data

2️⃣ Excel & Analytical Tasks

Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation
Create automated spreadsheets and templates for reporting efficiency
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights
Perform data reconciliation and error checking

3️⃣ Coordination & Administrative Support

Coordinate with sales and operations teams to gather required data
Maintain updated records of loyalty card transactions and client data
Support management with ad-hoc reporting requirements
Maintain confidentiality of company data

4️⃣ Process Improvement

Identify gaps in reporting systems and suggest improvements
Streamline reporting processes to enhance productivity
Assist in maintaining organized digital filing systems

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or related field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
Experience in MIS, reporting, or data coordination roles
Experience in home country also considered
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work under deadlines
