Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage HR Operations and Recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the healthcare industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media.
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

HR Operations

Support employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Employee Engagement & Administration

Assist in implementing employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related processes.
Support performance management and training initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Preferred

Prior experience in hospital or healthcare HR.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws.
