We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing operations of a premium aesthetic and cosmetic center in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strong marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract high-value clients, and strengthen market positioning in the luxury beauty and wellness sector.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Build and enhance brand presence across digital and offline platforms
Manage social media campaigns, influencer marketing, and content strategy
Lead lead-generation and customer acquisition initiatives
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Work closely with sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns
Organize promotional events, campaigns, and brand activations
Monitor performance analytics and prepare regular reports for management
