Sales Engineer – UAE 🇦🇪

Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell mechanical products and engineered solutions to industrial and commercial customers across the UAE. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Visit customers regularly to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable mechanical products and solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documents in coordination with the internal sales team.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and project opportunities to maximize sales conversions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM software.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
3–7 years of outside sales experience in:
Mechanical products
Industrial equipment
Pumps
Valves
HVAC equipment
Piping systems
Similar industrial products
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and industrial applications.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
