Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Admin Assistant)

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and supporting internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage office correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and filing systems
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics (if required)
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Assist in preparing presentations and reports
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
1–4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Freshers with strong skills may also be considered
