Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and supporting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and filing systems
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics (if required)
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Freshers with strong skills may also be considered
