Job Overview

DMAG International Properties LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through candidate joining.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases.
Work closely with management and the sales team to understand hiring requirements.
Support employee onboarding and other HR activities when required.
Assist with high-volume recruitment campaigns and meet hiring targets.

Requirements

2–4 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Previous experience in real estate recruitment is an advantage.
Proven experience handling high-volume hiring.
Experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support is an added advantage.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
