Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, provide knowledgeable product information, and offer personalized assistance to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Sales Support & Growth: Actively contribute to store sales targets by effectively promoting products, handling transactions at the point of sale, and informing customers about promotions or new arrivals.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, loyal relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, maintaining visual standards, restocking inventory, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our product offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate recommendations and answer customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must currently be a resident of Kuwait.
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as per the retail schedule.
Strong basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and digital payment systems.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
