Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, provide knowledgeable product information, and offer personalized assistance to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Sales Support & Growth: Actively contribute to store sales targets by effectively promoting products, handling transactions at the point of sale, and informing customers about promotions or new arrivals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, loyal relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, maintaining visual standards, restocking inventory, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our product offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must currently be a resident of Kuwait.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as per the retail schedule.
- Strong basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and digital payment systems.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
