• Daily routine checks and preventive maintenance of all PH and Coal process & CEMS gas analysers
• Preventive Maintenance & routine checking of proxy , Level sensor, Bucket sensor, ZSS, belt sway, pull chord, SOV etc
• Preventive Maintenance & routine check of weigh feeder, SFM, VFD, Belt weigher, bin weighing and metal detector panels.
• Checking RTD, DP transmitter, temp. transmitter and pressure transmitter
• Knowledge of Kiln camera, pyrometer and shell scanner.
•Daily routine checks and preventive maintenance of all PH and Coal process & CEMS gas analysers
• Knowledge of calibration of weigh feeders and SFM.
• Checking of all the instruments as per the checklist.
