If yes, we have an opportunity for you- We are looking for a Senior Reservation Supervisor for our passionate Reservation department.
💼 𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:
✔️ Supervise and coordinate the activities of the reservations team.
✔️ Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and promptly in the property management system (PMS).
✔️ Monitor room availability, rates, and booking trends to maximize occupancy and revenue.
✔️ Handle group bookings, special requests, and VIP reservations.
✔️ Maintain regular communication with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams.
✔️ Review daily arrivals, cancellations, and no-show reports.
✔️ Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and procedures.
✔️ Handle guest complaints and service recovery in a professional manner
✔️ Generate reservation and occupancy reports as required by management.
📌 Qualifications & Skills:
✔️Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
✔️ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
✔️ Strong communication skills & Business acumen
✔️ Analytical thinking and problem-solving
✔️ Accuracy and attention to detail
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within deadlines
✔️ Strong knowledge of Property Management System- Opera
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office
