Job Description: Human Resources Specialist / HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities
For HR Specialist:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labor law.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee relations, including addressing queries, grievances, and conducting exit interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (like HRMS) with high accuracy.
- Support performance management processes and assist in tracking employee goals.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations (e.g., GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem).
For HR Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts, warning letters, and experience certificates.
- Maintain physical and digital employee files, ensuring all information is current and confidential.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration.
- Support the organization of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Handle routine employee inquiries and redirect complex issues to the HR Specialist/Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Saudi National (Mandatory) 🇸🇦
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR role is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with HR software/systems is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude, strong team spirit, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the organization.
- Organizational Skills: High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: A proactive and willing-to-learn attitude in a fast-paced environment.
