IT Support Engineer
Location: Kochi, Kerala
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our core IT infrastructure and provide expert troubleshooting for end-user systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and maintain servers, cloud platforms, and network systems.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for end-user systems (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
- IT and Information Security:
- Implement and manage patch management processes across all systems.
- Administer Endpoint Security tools and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems.
- Generate and analyze security reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS standards.
- General Support:
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures and configurations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management (servers, cloud, networks).
- Strong skills in hardware and software troubleshooting for end-user systems.
- Hands-on experience with patch management and endpoint security tools (e.g., Antivirus, EDR).
- Knowledge and practical experience in implementing/maintaining ISO 27001 and PCI DSS compliance.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Network+, Hardware support certifications) are highly desirable.
